About Us
Hi. We’re Stephanie and Tracey—friends, former co-workers. lifelong experience-makers and the co-founders of Seasonal Settings.
We met over two decades ago while managing branded experiences for Clear Channel Entertainment (now Live Nation). Since then, we’ve built our careers producing everything from global brand activations to meaningful nonprofit events for clients like Kings Hawaiian, Zippo, McDonald’s, IHG, Mastercard, Visa, Adidas, Samsung, Netflix, Warner Brothers, Adidas, Country Music Association, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Between us, we bring decades of experience leading high-profile brand activations, managing complex projects, and making things happen—with style and strategy in equal measure. We’ve led national campaigns, wrangled budgets, styled stages, and guided countless projects from idea to impact. But at the heart of it all we’ve always been focused on making people feel something.
Seasonal Settings grew from that same place—our shared love of turning moments into memories. Now, we’re bringing that energy closer to home by creating thoughtful, design-forward seasonal décor that’s as effortless as it is elegant.
Stephanie brings a mix of creativity, clarity, and big-picture thinking. With a background in marketing and event strategy, operations and logistics and immersive brand storytelling, she approaches each project with heart, precision, and a keen eye for what resonates.
Tracey brings extensive strategic insight, calm leadership, and a gift for seeing both the vision and the steps to get there. Her experience in experiential marketing, operations, and partnership development ensures every detail is handled with the utmost care
We both grew up in places with distinct seasons and we’ve never lost that sense of anticipation for those subtle shifts in our surroundings . Our packages are a celebration of those seasonal transitions—the curb appeal equivalent of lighting a candle, opening a window, and welcoming the change.
We’ve always loved shaping experiences. Now we are doing it in a way that’s a bit more tactile, a bit more personal, and a little closer to home.
Let’s decorate like we mean it.
